Blading Wellnes

This may not seem that important to some of the younger ones amongst you but let me tell you once you get abit older you start to notice not just the strain that years of skating has put your body through, but the strain that last hour at the skatepark has put you through. Looking after yourself, warming up, stretching and the like can not only help you feel better after a session, it can help you feel and skate better during the session aswell

The guys other at Roll Toronto are trying to raise awareness of looking after yourself while rollerblading and have a section on their website called Wellnes. It features interviews with Brandon Smith, Eric Bailey, Jon Julio, Mike 'Murda' Johnson and Rob Guerrero and is well worht checking out!
